Established in 1999, Xinhui Lilong is a professional manufacturer of various plasma/LCD brackets such as wall mounts, ground mounts and the like, speaker stands, iron steel craftworks and other hardware products. We also offer OEM & ODM services. In 2000 we started to export our products to the US, the Middle East, and Europe. In fact, our annual sale for exports for last year alone was $2 million.
High Production Capacity
Our ISO 9001:2000-certified factory covers 41,000 square meters and houses over 200 staff members. It is equipped with five production lines where one is a fully automatic production line while the four are half-automatic production lines. We can fill 5 to 6 20-foot containers monthly. 30% of our monthly output is for export.
Stringent Quality Control
It is our goal to ensure our products have superior quality. This is why we have 10 QC staff with more than three years of experience. We situate two QC personnel in each production line to inspect the entire production process. Through this, we are able to maintain a return rate of less than 0.5%. In fact, based on a survey conducted to all our customers, we had a 90% satisfaction rating.
Furthermore, we ensure that all our material suppliers are compliant with the related standards in the field. This is why most of our suppliers have been with us for over eight years.
Strong R&D Support
Our eight R&D staff with more than five years' experience work in our molding center that houses 15 staff, three engineers and is equipped is advanced machines. This allows us to release one to two new products per month.
